Our Service and Customer Care technicians are highly specialized and constantly trained to know the continuous technological innovations of the sector. The equipped internal workshop overcomes the intervention times of third parties outside the company.

The preparation of our specialists translates in a concrete way in the repair and maintenance of electrospindles, monitors, teach, operator panels, high pressure pumps, and other elements typically present in numerical control machining centers, subject to normal wear over time, rather than collisions or breakage of various kinds.

For electrospindles, the fulcrum of every working center, the complete inspection may include the analysis of bearing wear, the evaluation of vibrations, balancing, calibration of sensors and encoders, the estimate of the replacement of clamps and/or springs, the condition of the shaft and a whole series of steps that allow to evaluate the repair of the element and the economy of the operation.

Our technicians can also carry out the disassembly and reassembly on the machine of the electrospindle or electromechanical element thanks to their specialization and in-depth knowledge of the various types of numerical control and, therefore, of the handling of the work center itself.
